Fictional Fleet Bio

The Fleet was founded on stardate 88513.38 shortly after Captain Lorin Viskk of the U.S.S. Lisbon was appointed to Vice Admiral. During the last year of battling the many enemies looking to rid the galaxy of the Federation, Lorin took it upon him self to from a fleet of newly recruited Federation captains in order to better train them for war.
